- For diameter Ø18-39 mm
- Self-centering by means of core cutter and symmetrically positioned indexable inserts
- High toughness due to HSSe-core cutter in the centre
- High feed rate with two inserts
- Close drilling tolerances (H11)
- Straight bores due to the guiding chamfers on the inserts
- Universally usable with carbideand HSS-inserts
- Also usable in unstable conditions
KSB 01/03 - Powerbore
- Please check first whether your machine has sufficient power
- For diameter Ø39-160 mm
- Very positive rake angle for low machine power requirement
- High feed rate due to maximum overlap of inserts
- High perfomance by rigid and undivided holder
- Cole drilling tolerances (H11)
- Straight bores due to guiding chamfers on the xternal inserts
- Guide pates for inclined bore outlets and cut interruptions (KSB03)
- Universally usable with carbide and HSS-inserts
- Also usable in unstable conditions
KSB 05/06 - Powerbore:
- Effectivly 2 cutting edges
- Significant higher cutting performances
